Alastair is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, who has also undertaken extensive training and competency examinations in the field of vestibular physiotherapy.
Alastair's clinical practice focuses exclusively on the assessment and management of dizziness, neck pain, headache and temporomandibular (jaw) disorders. He is particularly interested in how different systems and biopsychosocial circumstances can interact to generate these problems.

He is a world leader in the treatment of headaches, dizziness and pain. Alastair regularly presents internationally and around Australia, presenting his own courses and for the Australian Physiotherapy Association. He has a strong association with the Australian College of Physiotherapy, as a Specialist examiner and facilitator for registrars undergoing the Specialist fellowship.
Alastair works closely with the best neurologists and physicians in Melbourne, as an expert in headache and vestibular conditions. Medical professionals often request Alastair to provide second opinions on perplexing headache, dizziness, neck and jaw conditions.​
